Vitality London 10,000 will take place at Hatfield Park, Hertfordshire, on the morning of Sunday 11 July. The events were originally scheduled to be held in central London on the late May Bank Holiday weekend but were cancelled on 31 March due to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then LME has been working to find an alternative date and venue.

The 2021 Virgin Money London Marathon will take place on Sunday, October 3. It is a little early to predict just how it will look, with a lot of factors depending on what progress the country has made with a vaccine by then.
BackCare will be making available booklets, information sheets, videos and posters to inform and remind us how to support our backs, the very structure that in turn supports us day in, day out. These materials will be available to download / view here in the week leading up to BackCare Awareness Week.
