Each year, our national Back Care Awareness campaign (BCAW) just grows and grows. The first week in October traditionally signifies the start of a new year in promoting back health for BackCare. Remember back health is important 365 days a year.
BCAW 25 sees the release of our new, free booklet “Eating to Ease Back Pain” written by Yinka Thomas, a nutritionist at Middlesex University. This booklet focuses on how changes to diet can reduce inflammation in the body and potentially reduce pain. It is the third in our series of booklets focused on back pain prevention and how changes to lifestyle could even help reduce or manage back discomfort.
