Congratulations to BackCare Marathon Runner Jo Gwynne, from Caerphilly.
Jo is running not one, but an incredible 10 Marathons this year.
Last weekend she ran the Rome Marathon in 25C
In two weeks time, she is running the London Marathon
One week later she is doing the Brecon to Cardiff Ultra (42 miles)
In May it’s the Liverpool Marathon
In June it’s Man v Horse and Swansea Half Marathon
In October is the Big Bear Half marathon and then finishing the year with the Snowdon marathon
